I dont know the recent rules of Japan Darts Association, all I know is that there are two of us who they allowed to take the exam, I am a filipino and the other one is an American, I am also playing for Phoenix machine and I think the best thing for you to do is go to http://www.prodarts.jp/ for details, I hope this could help you. I am in the Navy stationed at Yokosuka Naval Base. I play in the dart leagues here and am interested in taking the test for my pro license. Can you please tell me what steps you went through and the vendor who gave you the test. I have tried Phoenix but I am being told that only japanese citizens can take the test.
